Notice of temporary traffic impacts – Sanitary sewer replacement and improvement
Arch Road and Britannia Road West. Project 19-2315
The Region of Peel is currently working in your area to replace the sanitary sewers along Britannia Road West from Arch Road to Culham Trail. This work is required to maintain and improve existing wastewater services.
At this stage in the project, temporary lane reductions will be required to complete this work.
Traffic impacts
- Eastbound Britannia Road West will be reduced to one lane at Arch Road.
- Traffic on Earl Street will be reduced to a single lane daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Traffic will be assisted through the construction area by flag persons.
Update: These lane closures are expected to occur from April 17 until April 20, 2023.
These temporary road closures will take place in two phases, as outlined on the attached map. Please expect delays and choose alternate routes if possible.
On-street parking will be reduced when we are actively working on Arch Road.
