Watermain replacement and improvement
Sheridan Park Pedestrian Path Closure. Project 13-1347H3
The Region of Peel has been working in your area to construct new station piping at the Herridge Pumping Station and Reservoir in Sheridan Park. This work is required to maintain and improve existing water services.
Construction schedule
Construction began on June 19, 2023 and will be completed in September 2023. These timelines are estimates, as weather and other unexpected events may impact our timelines.
Pedestrian impacts
To keep pedestrians safe during this construction work, the Sheridan Park pedestrian path south of the Herridge Pumping Station and Reservoir will be closed from Varency Drive to Sheridan Park, as shown on the attached map. This section of the trail will be closed from Wednesday, July 26, 2023 until Friday, August 18, 2023, weather dependent.
