Peel Region is working in your neighbourhood to rehabilitate the storm sewer on Cawthra Road South of Dundas Street E Ramp. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences caused by this work.
Schedule
This work is expected to take place December 13 to 15th, 2023 from 7am to 7pm. Additional days may be required due to unpredictable delays, such as poor weather conditions.
Traffic impacts
This work will require a lane closure the curb lane of Cawthra Road South of the Dundas Street E Ramp from 7am to 7pm . Signage will be available for detour route directions. This work may cause some heavy traffic congestion on Cawthra Road.
Safety during construction
Construction zones require extra caution to keep everyone safe – pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and construction workers. When driving, walking, or biking through the construction area, please be aware of your surroundings, watch for construction crews and other road users, slow down, account for delays, and consider other routes if possible.
