FREE Admission to the Annual Family Day Event at Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA)

Brampton, ON (February 13, 2019): PAMA invites family and friends to attend the annual Family Day event FREE of charge Monday, February 18 from 10 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

CREATE your own ‘polar bear winter scene’, an abstract inspired scratch board art work or get hands-on with local artist, Mosa McNeilly to add your personal creativity to community art project based on the Underground Railroad quilt codes.

CONNECT with family and friends for a storytelling performance by award-winning, internationally known jazz and blues vocalist Diana Braithwaite and multi-instrumentalist, nine-time Maple Blues Award Winner for Best Horn Player of the Year, Chris Whiteley. Diana and Chris will perform Sugar & Gold, Story of Underground Railroad in Canada. Performances at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
