Clerk's

The Clerk's division carries out a number of varied duties as legislated by the provincial government and Regional Council. They respond to requests for information or action from the public, agencies and other levels of government. The Regional Clerk is responsible for keeping and administering all municipal documents, including copies of by-laws, reports and other documents and records.


Legislative Services

Legislative Services acts as the official secretary to Regional Council and its committees and provides legislative support in this area. Duties include preparation of agendas, recording and communicating Council proceedings, as well as the Peel Housing Corporation Board of Directors and special assessment projects.

Do you provide Commissioner of Oaths services?

We do provide this service when required for Regional business free of charge. We also provide this service to the general public if staff are available for a fee starting from $35 plus HST ($39.55) (simple commissioning).This service is provided by appointment only, as it must fit into the Clerk’s availability.
